By accessing the Site and/or by placing an order you agree to be bound by these T&Cs and the documents referred to within them. If you do not agree to be bound by these T&Cs you may not use or access the Site. The Site is provided solely for your personal use. You may not use the Site for any commercial purpose. 1. ORDERS
1.1 You can place an order online through the Site.
1.2 You warrant that the personal and payment information provided with your order is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. By placing an order you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing details. Should your personal or payment information change after the point of payment, please contact Customer Services (see section 5 below).
1-3 The steps required to create a binding contract between you and us are as follows: When your order is placed with us at the end of the online checkout process (e.g. when you click on the ‘Pay Now’ button and proceed to the “Order Summary” page), we will email you to acknowledge that we have received your order and details of the goods you have ordered and your order number),then, we will take payment from you bank .Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted or confirmed by us. We may send you an email or call you to say that we do not accept your order. 1-4 When your order is accepted and paid your goods are dispatched, At this point, a legally binding contract will be created between you and us. We will send you an email notifying you that your goods have been dispatched.
2. PAYMENT METHODS
2-1 Whatever the country we only accept payment in EUROS.
2-2 We accept payment by credit cards, bank transfer (under certain conditions) checks (from France only) and cash (euros).
2-3 If you choose to pay for an item using a payment card with a foreign currency denominated account, the account will still be taken in EUROS at the conversion rate applied by the relevant payment scheme at the time of processing your order.
2-4 If you have any further payment queries, please contact your bank or card issuer.
2-5 The transaction of your credit card payment is encrypted and carried out by our external partner “Banque Populaire”.
3. PRICING POLICY
3-1 All prices shown on the Site are inclusive of French VAT. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time. VAT will be automatically deducted (where applicable) from merchandise dispatched to countries other than France. The deduction will be made before payment is collected.
3-2 Although we try to ensure all our pricing displayed on the Site are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price, or failing to do so, your order will then be cancelled.
4. PRODUCTS/ITEMS
4-1 Goods listed on the Site contain a product description detailing any specific conditions relating to each particular product. We will take reasonable care to ensure that the descriptions, photographic representations are accurate and kept up to date. The actual colours that you see on your computer may vary depending on the monitor that you use. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the goods.

4-3 Nature of the Goods and Faulty Goods. When you buy goods from us you will have certain legal rights known as ‘statutory rights’. 6. DELIVERY INFORMATION AND TIMING:
6-1 Please note that plumbingspareparts.com cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
6-2 An order will be perceived as complete when all the products have been shipped and delivered and when it is totally paid.
6-3 If items you order are out of stock, subject to a delay, or sold at a higher price than shown on your order, we will contact you at the email address or telephone number you provided when placing. You will then have the choice between cancelling your order, wait until your item is available or pay a higher price. If you wish to cancel your order, you will get a refund.
6-4 Damaged or incorrectly supplied products: You should check all products you receive. If the products you receive are damaged or incorrectly supplied on delivery, you must immediately inform us by mail post or phone then see section 6 below: return policy.
6-5 Delivery fees: free for mainland France and Monaco, 15 euros for Belgium, 23 euros for other countries.
6-6 Items will be shipped either by GLS transports or by mail. . Not all of our shipment have tracking information (mostly small items such as gaskets for instance). If tracking information is automatically provided, it will be available online.
7. RETURN POLICY:
If you wish to cancel (or are considering cancelling) a product you have ordered from us, please be aware of the following terms that apply:
7-1 Applicability of cancellation rights: Statutory rights of cancellation under the regulation do not apply to certain products (for example made to measure products and personalized products or to any item with a seal where the seal is broken (glue for example).
7-2 If you want to cancel items, then you must inform us by mail, post or phone within 14 days calendar after the day on which you received the goods in accordance with the regulations. 7-3 Please ensure you provide a clear statement stating your wish to cancel, your order number, full name, geographical address, details of the goods you wish to cancel, your phone number and email address (if available).You may also use the form below:

7-4 You must take good care of the items you which to return. Items should be returned in their original packaging promptly at your cost.
7-5 Damage during the course of returning products: If you choose to return any items to us we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them in transit and for this reason we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service (by post for example ). If returned items are lost or damaged in transit, we will reserve the right to charge you or not to refund any amount attribute to such loss or damage.
7-6 The cancellation of a product can only take place according to the steps presented above.

7-8 You will then be reimbursed within a delay of 30 days maximum by check or bank transfer.
8. EXCHANGE POLICY
If you wish to exchange (or are considering exchanging) a product you have ordered from us, please be aware of the following terms that apply:
8-1 You must first notify us by e- mail, mail or phone explaining the reason you want to change.
8-2 The exchange of a product can take place only after attribution with the consumer of a number of exchange according to the step presented above.
8-3 Then you must return the item (see section 6 return policy)
8-4 When we have received the item, we will send you another for exchange.The new price will be paid accordingly (the difference will be paid either by plumbingspares.com if the item is less expensive is or by the customer if the item is more expensive.
8-5 The customer will have to pay new delivery fee (7, 15 or 23 euros depending on the country and/or the good)).
8-6 Please note that no item will be delivered unless the customer have paid the correct amount for the order and the delivery fees.
